Drain Guys Chicago began long before the name existed — back when a young Felix Delgadillo stepped into the world of mechanical plumbing right out of high school. After nearly 20 years mastering his craft across new construction and complex pipe-work jobs, Felix took a leap of faith and launched Drain Guys Chicago in 2019.
In 2022, the company expanded into trenchless sewer repair, giving homeowners cutting-edge solutions without the disruption of traditional digging. Then in 2025, Megan A. Dutta joined as CEO, bringing her background in brand building and operations to elevate the business side — so Felix could stay focused on delivering exceptional work in the field.
Today, Drain Guys Chicago proudly serves the entire Chicagoland area with a family-first foundation, skilled technicians, and a commitment to transparency, integrity, and craftsmanship.
